• go to your shopping bag
• check the items on the shopping bag
• enter coupon code (if any)
• go to checkout

you can choose any of these shipping method most convenient to you:

• get it delivered to your address
• pick up in our retail store

choose payment method

you can choose any of these automatic payment method so your payment will be automatically received and no payment confirmation needed

your order is being processed

• after successfully making your payment, your order will be created in our system
• please be informed that your order might be split into several web order numbers, depends on the fulfillment location
• you will shortly receive an email confirmation about your order status and invoice

shipment

• you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped from our warehouse / ready to be collected in stores
• due to different fulfillment location, your order(s) might be split into different shipment
• please be informed that we are not able to provide airway bill information at the moment. Please be assured from the day we receive your paid order, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days for Jabodetabek area and 3-7 days for outside of Jabodetabek areas. If there is any issue with your order, you will be contacted by our customer service centre via phone call or email.
